CBSE Syllabus 2022-23: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the annual syllabus for the academic year 2022-23. As per the new CBSE syllabus, the syllabus of Class 10 and Class 12 has not been divided into two words, indicating that the system has been shut down. Moreover, as the revised syllabus announced by CBSE has seen further cuts for major subjects, the board has decided to limit the number of chapters for this year as well. CBSE Reduced Syllabus 2022-2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE has finally put an end to the speculations of retaining the term-wise assessment scheme in the new academic session. The Board has issued a circular in which it has clearly stated that “Keeping in view the feedback of the stakeholders and other prevailing conditions, the Board shall conduct the Annual Plan of Assessment at the end of the academic session 2022-23 and the syllabus shall be adjusted accordingly.” “To check more details shared by the Board, refer to the officially issued circular on the Board’s website cbse.nic.in. Secondary and Senior School Curriculum 2022-23 : CBSE annually offers syllabus for classes IX to XII which includes academic material, syllabus for examinations with excellent results, pedagogical practice and assessment guidelines. Wherever possible, subjects should be taught as per the syllabus issued by the Board with the help of appropriate pedagogy-oriented strategies like arts-integrated learning, experiential learning, and pedagogical plans etc. Before preparing the annual academic plan to ensure course transactions, for optimum learning, it is desirable that the Head of the School interacts with all the teachers on the important topics covered in the initial pages of the course document as well as the topics covered under the subject-wise syllabus.
